ANNOUNCEMENT:
We are really excited to announce that the Newcastle University Cow Bell 5k Race is returning on Saturday 15th March! On a flat and fast course around town moor and exhibition park. This year we are fundraising for Dementia UK. Once again, the race will be UKA affiliated, with results on Power of 10!

- EA Affiliated Athletes: £10.00
- Un-Affiliated Athletes: £12.50

Hello all,

Results have been emailed to all finishers - if you haven’t received it please message me (Jamie Styles) as they were a couple of typos on the google form.

Thank you so much to all who ran for supporting our race. As someone who has run and raced in the North-East for over a decade it means an awful lot to have runners from this area taking part!

We are sticking with the tried and trusted route once again! The course is well-marshalled with a lead bike and tail runner, ensuring that all participants can perform to the best of their ability!

Results!!!

A big WELL DONE to everyone that entered!!

Men’s race:
1st place - Jack Douglas (16:21)
2nd place - Toby Loveday (17:50)
3rd place - Will Brockman (17:54)

Women’s race:
1st place - Emily Jones (20:32)
2nd place - Hannah Malpass (21:55)
3rd place - Jo Baker (22:47)

Prizes will be handed out on Monday 19th April at training!!

Again a big well done to everyone that entered I know it was not the race we hoped to hold this year, hopefully we will be back next year.
