We are the largest most authentic American Smoker currently working the UK festival and food market scene.Using locally sourced meat with full traceability. We smoke up to a ton of meat at one time once on site. Sauces and rubs are homemade from handed down family recipes. We use oak or red oak to gain a distinctive flavour. Meats sold; beef brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, BBQ chicken breast, chick
en wings, turkey leg, Smokehouse burger and Footlong smoked sausage. The above are served with a selection of all American sides including; brisket chilli, cowboy beans, slaw, onion rings, corn on the cob, spicy fries and sweet potato fries. Pasta U Like is our Italian street food outlet. Providing top quality, heart warming, nutritious food at competitive prices. A true alternative to burger and chips at any event! Based on customer research, we offer a range of different pasta dishes including low fat, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free and gluten free. All sauces are made from scratch using fresh produce. Also available are fair trade teas and coffees. We are currently scored 5 on Scores on the Doors and each unit has at least one staff member trained to Level 3 Health and Hygiene, All staff hold Level 2 certificates.
