Friday Yoga starts again next week.. 🧘
This yoga flow is for everyone who would like to explore the beauty of yoga and how it can support your body.
It’s mainly based on Hatha yoga which is a slower-paced, introducing you to the most basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama). Some basic Vinyasa is also added for a bit of challenge and fun.
It’s suitable for you if you like to hold the poses and connect with the breath, as well as add the flow element to your practice.

We’re really excited for the upcoming Open Studio Exhibition 24th to 26th May, 10am - 5pm.
All 4 artists exhibiting at Westridge Studio have produced new work, here are some images:-
Claire Breitsprecher -“ common ground”
Helen Grimbleby - “blossoming”
Teresa Munn - pinch pot
Moya Tosh - porcelain cylinders
The natural world is the thread linking together 2D and 3D ‘Artists at Westridge’ for Open Studios this year.
Claire’s abstract paintings explore memories and connections to nature and the landscape,
Helen’s paintings are an exploration of nature, often focussed on representing light, space and convergence.
Teresa’s ceramics relate to the memory of a place
Moya’s abstract ceramic sculptures and thrown vessels scrutinise the colours and shapes of the countryside.
We look forward to welcoming our visitors. Free entry
