Busy bank holiday weekend for B.E.C Operational, supporting two major events at the same time both requiring the same professional service.

With the extreme temperatures over the weekend, our teams worked on a rotating basis to ensure everyone stayed safe while still delivering the high standards we pride ourselves on. As always, every member of the team stepped up to the mark and did an outstanding job.

This summer, we will also be catering for an event that, to my knowledge, no other catering company has ever carried out before and B.E.C has been chosen to deliver it.

I can honestly say I’m incredibly excited about what’s ahead.

We’re keeping things under wraps for now and won’t be sharing details on LinkedIn just yet… but once we’re live, we certainly will be.

B.E.C has undergone an almost £1 million transformation, completely upgrading our operations from the ground up. All older equipment has been replaced, making way for brand-new, themed outlets that now take centre stage in the catering industry.

Each outlet has been uniquely designed to stand out, and our menus have expanded from 12 to 20 items—offering even more variety while continuing to use only high-quality ingredients throughout.

We’ve also introduced two newly designed bars, built lower to the ground to create a more permanent, premium feel.this is 4 bars in total

Sustainability has been a key focus in our upgrade. Our transport fleet now consists of low-emission vehicles, and our generators have been upgraded to reduce our environmental impact—ensuring a smaller overall carbon footprint.

Operationally, we’ve strengthened our capabilities with two fully mobile prep kitchens that support our outlets, alongside three freezer and fridge vans, as well as dedicated freezer lorries.

Our current setup includes:
• 14 fully in-house mobile outlets
• 12 pop-up units for indoor and outdoor events
• 4 fully equipped bars, plus we have smaller mobile bar designed to fit into more compact spaces so can operate anywhere

If you’re looking for a completely new and elevated food experience, B.E.C is ready to deliver.

Great bank holiday weekend of events - all went very well……. great weather and plenty of people, thanks to all involved and and for your custom!
