SELLERS PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT STUPIDLY EARLY TIMES

Sellers arrive in cars only..NO vans,minibus, pickups or trailers etc for sellers Strictly cars only.
£1 from each sellers fee goes to our dedicated charity WIRRAL HOSPICE ST JOHNS. SO FAR WE HAVE RAISED OVER £260 THIS SEASON ALONGSIDE THE THOUSANDS OF POUNDS FROM OUR PREVIOUS VENUE.

Dogs not allowed anywhere on site.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO NEED FOR BUYERS CARS TO BE PARKED ON REEDS LANE ..THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE IN THE GROUND. PLEASE USE IT. PARKING ON REEDS LANE COULD LEAD TO RESIDENTS COMPLAINTS WHICH COULD SEE THE CAR BOOT SALES CLOSED DOWN.
The same rules which governed the sales at West Kirby apply inasmuch as the event is a Car Boot Sale, not a Market, so consequently the sale of New Goods, Fake or Copy Items, Food or Drink whether for Human or Animal consumption, Weapons of any description, will not be allowed
For safety and insurance purposes we do not allow bicycles or any motorised vehicle (apart from a disabled person's wheelchair/ conveyance) to be ridden or pushed around in the selling area during the sale. This area is strictly pedestrian..
THIS IS NOT AN OPPORTUNITY FOR BUSINESSES TO TRADE
It is simply a car boot sale giving the general public an opportunity to sell their unwanted personal items in a friendly and secure setting
Please remember Dogs and Bicycles are not allowed anywhere on site

Now down to the rules
SELLERS....CARS ONLY.. NO VANS OR TRAILERS...CHARITY STALLS UPON SHOWING CERTIFIED ACCREDITATION WILL BE CHARGED AT £6.You will be diirected to the left as you enter the stadium and parked up on the grass by the stewards.

REMEMBER YOU MUST TAKE ANY RUBBISH OR UNSOLD GOODS AWAY WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE ...YOU ARE PARKED ON A SITE WHICH IS USED AS A PLAYING AREA FOR THE RUGBY TEAMS SO IF ANY RUBBISH LIKE CIGARETTE BUTTS OR BROKEN GLASS IS LEFT ON THE SURFACE IT WILL MEAN OUR LICENCE WITH THE CLUB COULD BE REVOKED.......
BUYERS...CARS OR VANS ALLOWED BUT NO TRUCKS OR TRAILERS...PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON REEDS LANE THERE IS PLENTY OF PARKING SPACE ON SITE ÁND REMEMBER WE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS ANYWHERE ON SITE.

You will be directed to the right of the stadium as you enter and will follow the cinder path all the way around the main pitch before being parked up by the stewards. There will then be a queue on foot directed by the stewards who will inform you when you are allowed in the actual car boot area. Exit from the ground is a simple drive away in the opposite way to entry. In other words stay to the right and exit at the back of sellers cars past the rugby posts.
TOILET FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE CLUBHOUSE WHILE EXCELLENT AN REFRESHMENT AREA IS ONSITE BY CLUBHOUSE.

PLEASE OBSERVE ALL THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED HERE. OUR CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF THE FABULOUS FACILITIES AT THE RUGBY CLUB IS TOTALLY DEPENDANT ON YOUR CO-OPERATION .

Confirmation that we start our car boot sales adventure at New Brighton Rugby Club with a triple header next month
Full details over the next few days as we look forward to a separate morning and afternoon sale on Sunday May 3rd and a massive Bank Holiday bonanza the following day Monday May 4th
Look forward to meeting up with all our old friends again and of course continuing our support for our dedicated charity WIRRAL HOSPICE ST JOHNS.
I apologise if I have not been answering calls or texts in the last ten days or so but I have been not too well but thankfully I appear to be on the mend now .

OVERNIGHT RAIN WHICH AS I WRITE THIS AT 7.30AM IS STILL ONGOING HAS LEFT ME WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL TODAYS PROPOSED CAR BOOT SALE I CANNOT A FFORD TO PUT THE RUGBY CLUB IN A SITUATION WHERE THE PLAYING SURFACE IS DAMAGED PLEASE SHARE JOHN.

Tomorrow Easter Sunday heralds the
opportunity to welcome back a truly nostalgic car boot sale at our new premises NEW BRIGHTON RUGBY CLUB, REEDS LANE , which is directly opposite Leasowe Castle.

You will meet up with the same reception team as for the last 29 years, Adrian, Sue, Steven, Claire, John, Kevin, Nigel, Sheila and Carolyn when the gates open for Sellers at 10.00am with Buyers admitted approx one hour later.
As noted in a previous post there is absolutely no need for cars to be parked on Reeds Lane as the actual rugby club site can accomodate both sellers and buyers
