We are very sorry but the Andy Roberts Band show this Sunday has been cancelled due to poor ticket sales. The band made the decision to cancel rather than play to a small audience.

Dear Blues Fans

It's time to book tickets for your favourite Blues Club! This coming Sunday, (September's instalment on the 28th) sees yet another top band looking forward to playing at the club for your delight.

The ANDY ROBERTS GROUP are an exciting contemporary Soul & Blues outfit led by the outstanding vocalist, ANDY ROBERTS (Atlantic Soul Machine, Storm Warning, Blues Patrol, Bop Brothers Reunited) playing a mixture of original material together with their own superb interpretation of tunes by the likes of Curtis Mayfield, Joe Louis Walker and Gamble & Huff. The band’s dynamic stage presence and funky fusion of Blues & Soul makes them one of the most sought-after acts on the circuit.

Gomrath Afterglow is the smoldering inheritance of music created on the cusp of the psychedelic/prog-rock transition in the late 60s and early 70s. A number of enigmatic studio recording sessions ensued…..
Fast-forward 50 years when these priceless recordings were rediscovered by Bright Carvings records, who gathered the best tracks and pressed them onto a limited release vinyl only album unveiled in 2024.
Surviving band member brothers Adrian and Martin Longhave now re-imagined these Gomrath tracks along with many others that did not make it on to the album. They will be performing their eclectic compositions and much more at the Colour House Theatre on 31st August 2025
