💚 Uniting Cultures Sherwood Park Hall is a vibrant, charity-run community hub based in the heart of Mitcham. As a registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) and Ofsted-registered venue, we exist to bring people of all backgrounds together, combat loneliness, and create meaningful opportunities for local families, young people, and older residents across the borough of Merton. About Our Space:
Nestled alongside local green parkland, Sherwood Park Hall is a bright, welcoming venue that recently underwent a complete refurbishment. The main hall is equipped with modern air-conditioning for year-round comfort and a built-in professional PA system for music, presentations, and events. Outside, the hall opens onto a generous outdoor space ideal for open-air activities, pop-ups, and summer gatherings, complete with convenient on-site parking for visitors. What We Offer:
Community Wellbeing: Daily fitness, mental health, and creative workshops (including our popular over-60s craft sessions). Children & Youth Hub: Ofsted-registered after-school programs, baby groups, and holiday clubs. Essential Support: Home to vital local initiatives, including our community foodbank and sports activities. Venue Hire: A modern, versatile space available to hire for community meetings, private functions, and local projects. Every visit, class, and event booking directly supports our charitable mission to build a stronger, healthier, and more connected Merton.
