Alexander Technique classes start again this Friday, 5th June at The Arches Physiotherapy, Lymington.

Do you wish to find greater ease in everyday movement and increased control in your skilled activities?

This is a friendly, supportive and interactive class of games and gentle movement processes to help you uncover and release subconscious tension habits at the root of discomfort, pain, stress and balance problems.

1:1 sessions are also offered at The Arches and are highly recommended if you would like to work at greater depth or have specific conditions which might require more in-depth attention.

REIKI TREATMENTS

One of the greatest joys in my life is being able to support others on their healing journey. As a Reiki Master, I feel truly grateful to share the gentle, restorative energy of Reiki through both treatments and teaching.

Reiki can bring deep relaxation, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of wellbeing, helping you reconnect with yourself during challenging or stressful times.

I understand that life can feel especially difficult for many people at the moment, particularly financially. With this in mind, I now offer Reiki treatments at two price points:

£65 or £35

Please simply choose the option that feels affordable and comfortable for you.
