Dear Festivalgoers,
The countdown is nearly over and we are delighted to welcome you to this year’s Master McGrath Festival!
First and foremost, we want to sincerely thank every single person who continued to support us following the difficult decision to postpone last year’s festival. Your patience, understanding and faith in us meant the world, and we truly believe it has allowed us to come back bigger, better and stronger for 2026.
The Master McGrath Festival is organised entirely by volunteers and operates as a not-for-profit event, meaning every penny raised goes back into making the festival even bigger and better for future years. Our aim has always been simple — to create a fantastic weekend of live music on your doorstep where people can come together with family and friends, enjoy great entertainment, and make lasting memories and new friendships along the way.
Whether you are joining us for one night or camping for the entire weekend, our aim is simple — to create a fantastic atmosphere filled with great live music, good friends, family fun and unforgettable memories. The Master McGrath Festival has become known for bringing together people from all walks of life who simply enjoy good music and great craic, and that is all thanks to you.
And even better news… the weather gods appear to be smiling on us this year with Barra Best forecasting temperatures of up to 21°C — which is practically tropical for Lurgan!
Now to the important information.
FRIDAY 22ND MAY
• Gates open to campers, campervans and caravans at 12 noon
• Vehicle access closes at 4pm
• Public gates open at 5pm
• Pre-concert music before the main act takes to the stage at 8pm
We are thrilled to welcome Jim 'THE KING' Brown and his incredible 10-piece band, performing two fantastic sets with an interval in between.
SATURDAY 23RD MAY
• Gates open to campers, campervans and caravans at 12 noon
• Vehicle access closes at 3pm
• Public gates open at 4pm
• Pre-concert entertainment begins before the first act at 6pm
• DJ Pete Brady will keep the atmosphere going between each performance with his Superfly Funk & Soul classics

7pm – Paul Weller Experience – Tribute to Paul Weller, The Jam & The Style Council
8pm – Zac Mac Music – One of the finest local talents to come out of Lurgan
9pm – Q the Quo – Tribute to Status Quo
10pm – Doghouse Belfast – Tribute to all things SKA
