SHS Venue Finder are excited to present to you our new venue for hire at Westcroft Park Polo Club !

The recently refurbished venue at Westcroft Park Polo Club is set in 70 acres of beautiful private land. It has immense character and is used an a multi functioning event structure.

The venue is used at the polo club clubhouse and hub for private parties, children’s parties (with or without polo – all kinds of activities that can be brought inside and outside) international polo fixtures, festivals and corporate events. They also hire the venue out during the holidays to school holiday camps and on a weekly basis for fitness groups. In addition to this they also have their own supplier of extreme sports activities.

The venue is 13 meters long and 2 storey. The ground floor is comprised of two bar areas, flanked by additional decking platforms that act as an outdoor seating area, covered by a balcony on one side and a large space with a marquee roof on the other side, used as a café, dance floor and entertaining space. The bar area is made up of a split bar with a service area behind and an additional working kitchen. They have their own event manager and catering team who can make and serve anything from paninis and homemade soup, Argentine Asados, to 3 course sit down dinners. As a party venue they cater for 10 – 220.

The top floor is reached by a spiral staircase at one end of the bar and also by an additional fire exit staircase, into a large entertaining space . Fire regulations stipulate a maximum of 120 people upstairs. The top floor has a canvas marquee roof. Removable velar PVC windows and Easi Grass flooring. The height of the structure allows for fantastic 360 degree viewing.

The superior sound system with loud speakers and fitted speakers, supports high quality multimedia applications including PA System/Superior Voice and DJ/Band sets from live and recorded music. At the time of writing they are also installing a projector and screen to show live sport.

Park Hill Junior School located in a fantastic location very close to East Croydon station and Lloyd Park tram stop.
It has numerous classrooms with a wonderfully sized outside playing area that is enclosed. It also has an outside floodlit hard court area as well as a good sized hall.
