Persephone

Persephone "Persephone" is a collaboration between creative producer Lia Ikkos (aka Opera Viscera) and artistic Persephone's history retraces our lost ancestral past.

Working from the contemporary city in a moment of impending darkness this project is twofold. It is born of years of training in indigenous theatre techniques. It interprets ancient myth for our present landscape. Working with fashion designer Rhys Ellis we will perform fragments of music in moving costume at The Old Truman Brewery in September 2017.
