Offering a glimpse into the unique energy and deep connections that define our global TFest community, this wellness experience - guided by renowned Brazilian-Canadian Mindset and Wellness Coach, Samantha Millais - blended mindfulness, neuroscience, and mental reprogramming techniques to enhance our clarity, focus, and resilience 🧡
