"Mamas Jerk Station is a Street Food Company that’s been operating since 2009, selling Jerk Chicken Wraps, Jerk Veggie Bean Cake Wraps, Jerk Pork Sausage Wraps, Jerk Chicken Wings & Fried Plantain.

Mama’s loves JERK & aims to spread the wonderful flavour of Jerk to the masses.

They create our home made Jerk BBQ marinade to intensify the flavour of our products, a homemade Hot Pepper sauce if you like it spicy and a homemade tropical Mayonnaise to tame the heat.
