We don’t talk about pain and pleasure like this enough.
I wasn’t feeling good when we started this practice. was swirling in waves of pleasure, churning that mill, moving that juiciness like the sxy goddess she is, and my body started where it started -

Cramps. PMT. Trying to find a way out of all of this discomfort. ⚡️

I didn’t try to numb it. I welcomed it, stayed with it, moved with it, breathed with it. Let my body be messy, uncomfortable. Chaotic a bit.

And suddenly, eventually, there was a release. There was space for something else.

There was pleasure… A lot of it… 🥰

We often try to escape discomfort.
But so much goodness can often open when you don’t.

This is what we’re preparing for you with our pleasure masterclass - not how to work with pleasure in perfect conditions. But in real ones. You’ve got to meet yourself where you are first, to then decide where you want to go with it x

Two weeks ago we hosted a very intimate sensual somatic evening. At some point, someone who had never experienced energy gasms before was having them, unexpectedly, for a while. A different dimension opened in their body that night, and we were there to witness it.

✨It was such a pleasure and honour to have facilitated it for them. It’s always so special to be there when the magic happens for others…

Now we’re in a loft, brainstorming with two cameras and three microphones, figuring out how to turn that ecstatic night into a 2-hour guided journey you can access from anywhere. Because the world needs more freedom in pleasure. And most people have no idea what their body is capable of.

But we’re so on a mission to change that…

And because you’re older, people begin to respect your boundaries more, too.

Some will call you “intense”, or maybe “intimidating”.
And yes — sometimes you refine how you express it. But most of the time, you’re simply no longer willing to shrink so someone else can feel tall.

I’ve been working with anger that’s been stuck in my own body for a while now.

Sometimes it moves through dancing. Sometimes through breath. Sometimes through sitting with it long enough for it to shift.

We often try to solve our “issues” all at once. To find that one solution that will change everything.

But there isn’t one way to process anything. Some things respond to somatic work. Some to awareness and parts work. Some don’t feel like they belong to you in the first place.

That’s been the most interesting part for me lately.

There are layers of experience that feel deeply familiar — almost like you were born with them — and yet, when they begin to move, you realise they were never really yours to carry.

And you can release them if you decide so.

What this journey has been teaching me is not that one method is better than another.

Healing often becomes more effective when you have access to more than one way in.

And when you’re guided by someone who’s actually walked through those layers themselves.

Sometimes the work is not to “fix” anything. It’s to keep going until something finally shifts… and you feel more like yourself on the other side.
