Here's a video showing one of the ways you can use an Apple computer with CNC milling machines. More specifically I'm using a Stepcraft 420 supplied by StoneyCNC with an iMac.

I used Parallels Desktop to run Windows 7 as a virtual machine on my iMac. This allows you to easily swap between the two systems. Apple computers have become more prolific in the design industry - the aim of this video is to show that a separate Windows based computer is not necessary.

This years Institute of Designers in Ireland ( ) shortlist for the Graduate Design Awards. If you look closely my name's in there somewhere! Pretty excited and, of course, honoured - roll on the awards ceremony.
