Chef Antony Birch has many years experience in the culinary trade and on his journey of becoming the chef, he is today he gaining all necessary qualification from Canterbury College, being classically trained in the North of France gaining further knowledge in different cuisines too winning at the West Sussex Culinary Competition in 2008. He knows a few tricks up to his sleeves when it comes to fine food's. Anthony has gained a pure love for food from around his home county Kent focusing to deliver and educate people with new foods and flavours. promoting local organic produce from surrounding farms and trusted Butchers.
