AI is moving fast in localization, and it’s encouraging to see initiatives creating space for these conversations.

The AI Localization Think Tank is launching AI ThoughtCon 2026, a free three-day online event exploring trust, ethics, bias, training and real-world AI implementation in localization.

Bringing together historians, researchers, linguists, developers and industry voices, the programme focuses on the questions that matter most for our profession - not just the technology itself.

🗓 30 March – 1 April
🌍 Online & free to attend

Localization professionals have long enabled global business and communication. Today, our role expands. We can become educators, stewards, and custodians of ethics and responsible governance in a world that doesn’t have to be just AI-first.
