CURRENT PRODUCTION INFORMATION: SPLASH! "I want to take you on a journey. Show you my world... One with no beginning. I'm not sure where I'm headed. Come join me for the ride..." From a puddle to the ocean, from a tap to the toilet, water is everywhere we go. Sometimes we don't have enough of it, other times we can't get away from it. Love it or hate it, we can't survive without it. Get your umbrella out and put your wellies on as we journey through the cycle of water from the perspective of a water droplet. Splash! is the first collaboration between Pin the Tale and writer Andrea Pierides. Playful and inventive, Splash! explores the world of a water droplet and its cycle. When www.rusalkabride.com assures that their Russian beauties are perfect wife material the men are hooked. It soon becomes clear that emailing, phoning and chatting just aren't enough. The men go on a mission to Moscow to find the perfect one. But can they meet the ultimate solution to end their profound loneliness? Catch was researched and devised in Moscow. It explores the Russian mail order bride industry from the Western man’s point of view. The play is semi-verbatim and based on real life experiences of men and women engaged in the industry. For Mila and Svetlana the Russian dating scene is as dry as a desert. They meet as strangers with one common goal – to find the perfect man. The women embark on a venture to find a western husband. But will they ever be rescued by their knight in shining armor? Does the fairy tale life actually exist? Ulov was researched and devised in Moscow. It explores the Russian mail order bride industry from the Russian woman's point of view. The play is semi-verbatim and based on real life experiences of men and women engaged in the industry. Ulov merges text, music and physical theatre to create a frenetic and highly energised theatrical event. In autumn 2010 Ulov toured as part of a double bill with Catch.
