Folk On The Dock, Liverpool

Launched in 2016, Folk On The Dock is a folk, roots and acoustic music festival that was held at Royal Albert Dock Liverpool. The event was produced by urban festival specialists, Fit The Bill Ltd and we are now looking for a new venue/location for the future. We are happy to talk to indoor and outdoor venues. In 2017 the event was nominated for a Liverpool Tourism Award for Best Large Event in its inaugural year.

Previous Folk On The Dock festivals hosted ten stages with over 200 artists performing throughout the weekend. The contemporary Dock Stage was hosted by the legendary Janice Long. The Stan Ambrose Stage welcomed new, emerging talent and local artists and there were eight other stages around the waterfront. The Liverpool Shanty Festival was also incorporated into the event with live performances on the boats and stages around the Dock. They were all free to watch and we are keen to re-launch the event with a mix of free and ticketed events. Contact Fit The Bill Ltd for more information. Email [email protected]
