With more than 20 years of experience, Lotfi has led transactions across private equity, M&A, capital raisings, and debt financings throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.🤝🏻

Since joining EBRD in 2012, he has been involved in a wide range of equity and debt investments, with a particular focus on real estate and tourism. His experience includes structuring innovative and complex transactions across North Africa, Turkey, Eastern Europe, and Morocco, including EBRD’s landmark investment in Aradei Capital, which culminated in its IPO on the Casablanca Stock Exchange in 2020.📈

Prior to EBRD, Lotfi built his investment banking career with Credit Suisse in London and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank in Paris, where he worked on a broad range of cross-border M&A, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and leveraged finance transactions.

At GIS Morocco, he will share insights into how investment opportunities are assessed, structured, and executed, offering a valuable perspective on the factors that shape successful investment decisions.
