Life is hard. Do aerial. Make it harder.

Because apparently hanging upside down, gripping a hoop and attempting things your body has never done before is a good use of your free time.

Fancy making things harder? Book your next class via the link in bio.

AERIAL BETRAYAL LIST 🚩

• When your grip suddenly disappears halfway through a move
• When your favourite move looks NOTHING like it did in the tutorial
• When your instructor says ā€œone more timeā€
• When you realise that drop is actually coming back around 😭
• When your apparatus spins at the exact moment you didn’t want it to
• When you finally nail the move… and forget how you did it
• When your leggings decide to have beef with the hoop
• When someone says ā€œthis one is easyā€
• When your body remembers the choreography but your brain absolutely does not
• When you film it and somehow it looked better in your head

Aerial: 10/10 hobby. 0/10 trust issues. 🫠

Which one have we missed? šŸ‘€

šŸ”„ Fire was discovered.
šŸž Sliced bread was invented.
And now… October intensives are here. Arguably just as important. šŸ˜‰

If you’re ready to stop casually training and properly deep dive into your skills, our October intensives are the place to do it.

ā• HOOP INTENSIVE
Go beyond your weekly class, troubleshoot those stubborn skills, refine technique and get more time on the apparatus.

🪢 VERTICALS INTENSIVE
Build strength, technique and confidence while tackling the skills that need a little more time, attention and repetition.

One week. One discipline. A whole lot of training.

Comment INTENSIVE and we’ll send you all the details šŸŽŖ

āļø GOLD STAR BEHAVIOUR āļø
(So so many)

Turning up to class even when you really couldn’t be bothered.
Trying the scary move anyway.
Finally nailing that skill you’ve been fighting with for weeks.
Spotting your mate’s first invert and losing your mind for them.
Putting the equipment away without being asked. šŸ‘€
Coming back next week and doing it all over again.

Honestly… gold star behaviour. āļø

Tag your aerial bestie who deserves one šŸ‘‡

You failed. Congrats. šŸ‘

Because in aerial, failing is kind of the point.

That drop you didn’t quite stick.
That move you couldn’t quite hold.
That transition that looked absolutely nothing like it did in your head.

None of it is wasted.

Every failed attempt gives you information, where your weight needs to go, what needs more strength, what needs more timing, what you need to try differently next time.

You don’t learn aerial by getting everything right first time. You learn by trying, missing, adjusting and trying again.

So celebrate the fails. They mean you’re actually trying something that challenges you.

Most people aren’t even trying.

Ready to give it a go? Book your next aerial class and see what you can learn from your fails.

Fear is a funny thing. It makes the things that scare us feel even more worth doing.

And honestly… that’s aerial in a nutshell. 🫣

Your first class.
Your first invert.
Your first drop.
Your first performance.

All things that once felt terrifying, until they weren’t.

Because every ā€œfirstā€ eventually becomes something you just… do. And that’s the best bit.

So if fear is the only thing holding you back, maybe it’s time to do the scary thing.
