Modcast HQ are delighted to announce lineup for our Cabaret Night taking place on the Sunday of our 4 day extravaganza in Sept (4,5,6,7)

Joining EDDIE PILLER and DJ headliners DAVID HOLMES & STEVE CRADOCK (Ocean Colour Scene ) plus 30+ DJs and everything else! Modcast HQ have the pleasure to announce ……

THE CUBAN BROTHERS are sending their founder and main man MIGUEL MANTOVANI to Italy on a solo outing for a very special appearance. (could this be the well known affliction known as MODLIFE crisis!! haha) The Cuban Brothers (trio) are a renowned comedy-funk artist, blending music, dance, and sketches. Founded over 20 years ago, the band have performed with legends like James Brown, Fatboy Slim, and Prince and graced the main stage of many a festival. We are honored to host him ..

We are also very chuffed to host THE MAGIC MOD – Ben is a card magician and entertainer of huge esteem who can proudly count himself as a member of the exclusive Magic Circle fraternity. He has supported The Libertines, Paul Weller and The Brian Jonestown Massacre on tour with favalosa and very clever magical performances

AND finally.. we are proud to once again include TREVOR LAIRD (QUADROPHENIA) who returns as our Compere for the evening alongside MONTEFIORI COCKTAIL as musical accompaniment!

Hi Modcaster!

We had a fabbo Spring Alldayer at MODCAST IN THE CITY and what topnotch shenanigans we all had with our wonderful crowd and fabulous music over 2 floors.

It was a privilege to host Steve Diggle (Buzzcocks) talking to Eddie about his memoir “Autonomy” in the Speakeasy to kick off events

Mega thanks to our wonderful lineup for DJs joining Eddie on ye olde wheels of steel.. ROCKY, DEAN THATCHER, JP PADDICK, MIKE SOUTH, NORTHERN SOUL RAVE PATROL (CHRIS SWEET & WILL NICOL), SMILER, DAVE EDWARDS, JAKE LINGWOOD, BIOUX, POLLY LOVE, HAYDEN TAYLOR, DARREN BENNETT and DJ GALE. All fantastic sets playing a perfect mixture of music.

Special thanks to my lovely team and toppest friends helping on the door NICKY MOORE and on merch JO SIMMS plus STEVE ROWLAND for art design and Gary at Strange and Blinding for our Sound.

Special shout out to MICHELLE COLLINS for whom we had the privilege of hosting her very special birthday party. And to the SINGER TAVERN team.. they are an amazing bunch who really look after us when we are there

We've been busy bees at Modcast HQ prepping for tomorrow!

It’s going to be a wonderful day of dancing, fun, merriment plus added joy of celebrating one of our lovely Modcaster Special Birthdays too.

It’s gonna be a fabulous Alldayer with All these DJs and Steve Diggle (Buzzcocks) Q&A and Signing.

HQ are back from Italy and gearing up for MODCAST IN THE CITY this Sunday! It's going to be a fantastic day.

STEVE DIGGLE , BUZZCOCKS has joined the line up in conversation with EDDIE PILLER about his memoir “Autonomy – Portrait Of A Buzzcock” downstairs in the Speakeasy from 1-2pm! He is a topnotch raconteur so it will be a fantastic chat with Q&A at the end. Get in there sharp to grab and seat. Books available to buy and signing!

Joining him we will have all these fabbo Djs from Midday until 10pm!

MODCAST ON TOUR * DAY 5

Modcast HQ final day in Gabicce Mare and Cattolica where we are catching up with our Italian friends to finesse the programme and other exciting stuff for MODCAST GOES RIVIERABEAT 2026

And.. wowzers Modcasters … it is looking TOP NOTCH!

We met with the wonderful Mayor of Gabicce Mare Municipality, Marila and her team Matteo and Frederico to discuss details of the event including a massive Italian Scooter rideout over the weekend . We then visited the Mississippi venue PKA Rivierabeat Pier where we met with Head Honcho Roberto and discussed out Culture exhibition and club where we are hosting opening and closing parties. Two floors / Two bars ! Upstairs al fresco dancing .. Downstairs Culture exhibition and vintage market!

We are MEGA excited. More announcements incoming for lineup plus schedule is looking like very very very FAVALOSA

Finishing with dinner at Da Tommy where the owner proudly displayed our new flyer haha and meeting up with Gale who is heading to London on Thursday to play at Modcast In The City !

MODCAST ON TOUR * Day 3*

We had favalosa time in Turin Yesterday where Dean Chalkley presented a brilliant talk about his wonderful book BACK IN IBIZA 1998-2003 at a city wide exhibition celebrating photography. Followed by a spectacular party at this incredible 1960s venue where Eddie, Dean and Piero spun some top records all night to a packed crowd. Lovely to see Hipshaker Dave and Louise for a boogie and another great night with Paola.

Back to Bologna before heading off tomorrow to Cattolica and Gabicce Mare where we are hosting our 4 day event MODCAST GOES RIVIERABEAT 4-7 September!

MODCAST ON TOUR * DAY2

Modcast HQ are on the road in Italia ahead of our September weekender MODCAST GOES RIVIERABEAT and we are having a topnotch time as per usual!

Last night “Kickstarting” our 4 day extravaganza this Autumn, was our launch party in Bologna which was magnifico, packed with favalosa sets from our Cohost Piero Casanova alongside Dean Chalkley, Riccardo Pedrini, Mez and of course Eddie Piller. Super to see some our Italian Modcast team Isabella and Marco from Rimini Lambretta Centre, and the brilliant Giacomo who will be back TeamBolshi for 9/26. Plus great catching up with Isabella Zironi, Paola Cimmino, Annalisa, and lovely to meet Valentina plus Londoners Tracy and Sticky! Big thanks to Roadrunner Scooter Club for hosting us!

Then team Modcast back to PIERO towers (check his beautiful Vespa here) in gorgeous Bologna and now on route Turin for hoots galore and larks guaranteed at Torino Photo Festival where Eddie and Dean are Djing
