Our second evening at M&I Transatlantic Madrid was spent at the elegant , nestled along Madrid’s iconic Paseo de la Castellana.

In the hotel’s serene garden, American buyers and European suppliers came together over a beautifully curated menu inspired by Rosewood’s international portfolio. It was an evening of flavour, atmosphere, and connection - where conversations flowed, relationships flourished, and lasting memories were made.

This afternoon, delegates got a true taste of Spain during our Paella Perfection Cooking Class. Set in a beautiful historic venue, local chefs shared their passion and expertise as guests learned the authentic art of creating Spain’s most beloved dish - perfectly saffron-kissed and full of flavour.
 
All of our activities were organised by our Headline Partner, AllSpain Travel. A Madrid based DMC, founded in 2006, they offer bespoke travel, event, and meeting services across Spain and Portugal.
