Four years ago, I had an idea.
What if we could use events to help more money flow to good causes?
And 4GOOD was born 🐣
Over the last four years we’ve organised community events and supported hundreds more. We built a platform to help people discover events that make a difference. We produced industry-leading research, helped organisations reduce the carbon footprint of their events and increase their social impact, grew a community of thousands, raised thousands of pounds for charity, and had the privilege of working with some truly brilliant people and organisations.
I’m unbelievably proud of what we’ve achieved.
But I’ll be honest... building a mission-led business has been tough. Passion doesn’t always translate into financial sustainability.
And this past year has brought some huge changes in my life.
I lost my dad. And very soon, I’ll become a mum.
I’ve have to change my perspective on what matters right now and where my energy needs to go.
So, after a lot of thought, we’re pressing pause on 4GOOD.
Not because we’ve stopped believing in the mission, our community, or the big idea that started it all.
But for now I need to focus on this next chapter, with the hope that one day I’ll come back with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and an even bigger vision.

Whether you came to an event, featured on our platform, partnered with us, volunteered, supported us behind the scenes, or simply followed along from afar - you helped make 4GOOD what it became.
The biggest thing I’ll take away is that there are so many people who genuinely want to make the world a better place. We’ve been lucky enough to meet thousands of them.
