This is the 1st book I created, I am really happy with it, think it's just how I wanted.

I created a couple of books, very new to this, and not perfect, the numbers on the pages of this one aren't positioned optimally but other than that I'm quite happy with how it's turned out.

This handy little book is designed to be simple and flexible to use. There’s lots of space for daily notes on how you are feeling, plus jotting down anything extra, info like bp results or what the weather is like ! There are observation pages to put whatever may be of help to remember, patterns.....
