"100 Days to Go" 🇬🇧✈️
Yesterday I had the privilege of capturing something special—the 100-day countdown to Armed Forces Day in Aldershot/Farnborough.

This shot represents weeks of planning and permissions: clearance from Farnborough Airport air traffic control, Army land access for takeoff/landing, and coordinating with multiple agencies. Worth every email and phone call to get this perspective.
In the frame:

🚁 Royal Navy Wildcat helicopter
🎺 The Irish Guards band in full ceremonial dress
👦👧 150 children from two local schools (arranged in formation front and centre)
🎖️ Local MPs, councillors and military VIPs
🚙 Military vehicles including the tactical vehicle on the right

The kids were brilliant—patient, enthusiastic, and waving those flags with pride. There's something powerful about seeing community and military heritage come together from above.

Massive thanks to everyone who made this possible, especially the Army and Farnborough ATC for trusting me with their airspace and land.
