It's looking like it might actually be GLORIOUS on Sunday. What good news!

Please remember to wear suncream and perhaps some headgear. And carry water with you. We have incredibly well stocked water stations but they are quite well spaced.

This time next week... 💜

We can't wait to see you all at Wallands, ready for the off.

A few things to remember:

🏔️ Please think about footwear, fuelling and wear layers - it's a tough course with quite a lot of empty Downs to navigate.

😍 We have tons of brilliant marshals across the course. The race wouldn't happen without them so do give them a big smile and a big thanks!

🚮 We're lucky enough to run across a National Park. Take *all* your litter with you - no exceptions!

📸 There are some absolutely top notch togs scattered across the course: show them your best side!

🔢 Only you can use your number - if you can't run, don't give it to anyone else. They won't be able to use it on the day!

📰 Please read the race briefing that arrived in your inbox last week: there's a lot of good stuff in there.

😀 Remember it's an adventure!

Hey, listen.

We know training doesn't always go to plan & we want the Moyleman to be the best possible day out for all our runners.

That's why we've always had a deferral policy in place - you tell us you can't run before 🥁 Sunday 8 March and we'll hold onto your place for you for next year, when you can give it a proper bash.

So, let us know before SUNDAY 8 MARCH if you need to defer.
If you tell us past that, you'll be going into the ballot again in 2027...

But we really hope that everything has, in fact, gone to plan and that we'll see you at Wallands in a few short weeks.
