About a month ago we announced as our chosen charity for UKBJDCon 2027.

We're now collecting donations for raffle prizes. Our guests love our raffle and it's been the highlight of previous events.

If you're not able to vend a table, donating a piece for either the standard or premium raffle - or our other games - is a great way to share your passion and promote your work. And it doesn't have to be something you've made yourself either! Many of our prizes have been generous donations from someone's personal collection.

The Bring & Buy charity table will also be back, so if there's anything in your collections you no longer need, we'd be happy to receive it. At previous events we've received donations of clothes, wigs, accessories, and eyes (so many many eyes o0).

Our fund raising record to date is £2153 🪙: let's do our best to beat that next year!

There's still time to vote on our 2026 photo contest!

The theme for this year was "By the Sea" and we received a record breaking (for us 😄) 16 entries.

If you haven't voted yet, look for the link in our bios and on our website at ukbjdcon.carrd.co. We're hosting the voting over on PollUnit. You don't need to log in: just follow the links and pick your favourite.

Voting ends on 30 September.

Last week we revealed our new tote bags for UKBJDCon 2027 - but if you missed our story on Monday, you might not know the Cirque des Marionettes design is a limited edition!

We are selling just *100* of these bags which are unique to next year's theme. The bags are available for pre-order NOW on Ticket Tailor for you to collect at check-in on the day. You can find the link on our website or in our bios: just follow the link for tickets and the bags are available as a separate item.

Once these are gone, they are GONE, so pre-order soon to make sure you get yours. We literally *don't* have enough for everybody!

The other bags - the new official UKBJDCon tote - are not limited, but are also available for pre-order.

Striped Green Threads specialises in alternative streetwear for SDs and Uncle size dolls (60-75 cm). It's a pleasure to welcome their distinct style back to next year's event.

To make sure you get yours, we're taking orders from now until May 2027 for you to collect on the day.

If you can't pre-order beforehand, we'll still have more available. Ordering in advance will reduce your waiting time at the table and will let us know if we need to top-up our stock to meet demand.
