Bobby’s footballing career started at Plymouth Argyle Academy where he then progressed and played professionally for Aldershot Town in league 2.

Pro20 Sports Academy takes pride in the personal development of each player/child giving them the opportunity to learn and progress,developing their technical, physical,psychological and social skills whilst in a relaxed, fun and understanding environment As the founder of Pro20 Sports Academy, as well as being a qualified football coach and ex-professional footballer, Bobby is passionate about th

e development and progression of future footballers giving them various opportunities to progress in their individual footballing journey. As an ex-professional footballer, Bobby has had the privilege of working with many top managers and coaches which has helped further his knowledge of the game. Having passed his football coaching qualifications at the age of 17, Bobby has taken pride in the development and progression of thousands of young footballers. Bobby has many of contacts within the community and surrounding areas and uses these to find each player an individual pathway to grassroots football or Academy levels where possible. Bobby is also AFPE qualified and can lead PE sessions within primary and secondary education whilst following the national curriculum. He has a focus on boosting participation within sport. Bobby has helped thousands of young children with various abilities to enjoy sport. His enthusiasm combined with experience enables young children to engage in his sessions providing clear objectives and outcomes. Bobby is committed to giving each child the best opportunities to develop their own personal goals but most importantly creating a fun learning environment and positive sporting memories.

❌Unfortunately due to Bodmin Youth FC having their youth tournament this weekend, our Bodmin Town Youth Saturday Morning Centre has been postponed.

Yesterday was definitely a cooler day than the others but still what a great day to play football. Another fantastic group here at Wadebridge Town FC for a 3rd DAY in a row!

Some familiar faces but ultimately some brand new faces which is always great to see. Congratulations to our awards winners, POTD (Player of the day), Penalty-Shoot-out winner and our World Cup Penalty-Shoot-out winners.

Day NO.2

It was yet another warm day at Camelford Football Club and Wadebridge Town Youth. We can only applaud both groups and our coaches for their outstanding attitude throughout the day as they dealt with this heat once more.

Like yesterday, there are a lot of little events and breaks to give participants time to rest and recuperate safely. Our penalty shootout was a crowd favourite once more, with some kids even winning twice!

Day NO.1

All we can say is that it was a fantastic way to start the week. Players had a great time in the sunshine, which was shining.

We determined that there would be a lot of competitions today, along with plenty of breaks and hydration breaks. Each player participated in two penalty shootouts this morning! At the end of the day, we presented the medals to the winners.

⏭️Onto tomorrow where we make a short trip to Camelford Football Club and return to Wadebridge Town FC.

‼️Who’s ready to kick start our May Half-Term Football Courses? We definitely are here at Pro20 Sports Academy. With the weather in our favour for the week, we hope to use it to the best of our ability.

📝Please note that ALL COURSES are still going ahead as normal but we will be monitoring the heat and ensure all participants are having sufficient rest and plenty to drink.
