Do you suffer from nerves and anxiety about your training and races?

AND…..did you know that the reason for many of these things could be poor breathing habits and if you changed these you could really improve your athletic performance and potential to train effectively and consistently?

If you are interested in improving your health right now and for the long term term but don’t understand how or why better breathing practises can help you achieve this then this workshop is for you!
2 1/4 hours…online…Saturday 6th June 10am-12.15pm with me Laura, breath educator and Bowen therapist. I’ve been running these courses for 2 years helping people of all ages with a wide range of concerns. The course is limited to 6 people and you don’t need any prior experience.
