Os ydych chi neu rywun chi'n nabod eisiau rhedeg cymal 5-6 milltir o'r ras, cysylltwch â ni!

We have a relay team that is incomplete for tomorrow's race!
If you or someone you know want to run a 5-6 mile leg of the relay race pleas get in touch!
Also; there are gels and bars available to buy on morning of the race but they are cash only!

Mae modd gystadlu’n unigol neu fel tîm relay o dri - gyda choesau tua 5, 5 a 6 milltir.

Over 45 years of history and still going strong — the 16 mile route takes runners from Lampeter, through the Teifi Valley, and over the hills and tracks of the old Roman Sarn Helen Road. Stunning views, mixed terrain, and plenty to ponder about footwear.

Os nad yw’r ras 16 milltir yn addas ond rydych dal eisiau cymryd rhan, mae’r ras gyfnewid 3 rhedwr yn berffaith. Mae pob rhedwr yn cwblhau un rhan, yn tagio’r nesaf, ac mae’r ras yn parhau - syml ac yn hwyl fel tîm.

Bydd timau yn dilyn y car amseru’r ras i’r pwyntiau cyfnewid.

Bydd angen un o’r canlynol ar bob tîm:
· Dau redwr sy’n gallu gyrru i symud y car rhwng y pwyntiau cyfnewid, neu
· Un gyrrwr sydd ddim yn rhedeg i gasglu a gadael y rhedwyr.

Os oes gennych unrhyw gwestiynau, cysylltwch â ni a wnawn ein gorau i helpu.

If 16 miles is a bit much but you still want to take part, try the 3‑runner relay. Each runner completes one leg, tags the next teammate, and the race continues — simple and fun as a team.

Teams will follow the timing car to each changeover point.

You’ll need either:

Two runners who can drive to move the car between legs,
or

One non‑running driver to handle all drop‑offs and pick‑ups.
