* The gym membership is for 1 person only. You cannot bring anyone with you.
* The gym opening times are as follows -
Monday - 8:30-1:30pm and 4:30-8:30pm
Tuesday - 8:30-1:30pm
Wednesday - 8:30-1:30pm and 4:30-8:30pm (minus 6:45-7:30pm due to class)
Thursday - 8:30-1:30pm and 5:30-8:30pm
Friday - 8:30-2:30pm
Saturday - 8-11am
* You get to train in a private gym with a capped number of members.
* PT sessions are 1hr long

My 3 tips for beginners who are starting their fitness journey👇🏼

1️⃣ Be cautious of what your paying attention to on social media as there’s a thousand training methods and diets out there that will confuse you and what you want to achieve. Pay attention to your own goals and focus on the task at hand. Yes have people you inspire to be like but be mindful that they could have gotten there by doing many different things.

2️⃣ don’t be afraid to fully commit! Have as much confidence as you possibly can as a beginner. If you don’t expose yourself to new environments, exercises and people then you’re limiting your potential to get the result you’re looking for. If you want it you can definitely get it by committing to your goal and making it a priority!

3️⃣ don’t expect every month, week and session to go well. I guarantee there will be days where you are un motivated, your diet’s terrible and your training session was poor. It’s important to realise that you’re going to fail at some point but from there you’ll have learning points and you can adjust going forward to create new routines and habits. You’re going to fail simple as that.

Put yourself out there, we’ve all been beginners at some point and enjoy the process of becoming a better version of you!

HybridFIT COMING SOON❗️

HybridFIT is my online coaching program designed to work with those who want to take their fitness to the next level📈

Hybrid training is a combination of disciplines that involve strength & endurance🏋🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

HybridFIT will be broken down into 3 disciplines, Running, lifting, and functional fitness training. Giving you the opportunity to to become a well rounded athlete! 💯

I have been a hybrid athlete from the age of 17 which is 8 years ago and since then I have completed the following..

A marathon carrying a 20kg rucksack, x2 48 hour running challenges, multiple half marathons, obstacle course races and functional fitness events where I held a pull up record and an unlimited amount of challenging training in the military.

All of this wouldn’t have been possible without using a hybrid training method! If you’re like me and enjoy to lift, run and workout hard then this could be what takes you to the next level.

“Strong in body. Strong in mind”

This is the phrase I’ve took on with my business as I believe it reflects the fact that body and mind are one and it’s important to prioritise improving both. To me personally it’s about finding things that are mentally challenging through hard physical events or habits. Things like cold water exposure, a marathon carrying 20kg of weight, a 48hr running challenge, a 24hr last man standing challenge, overcoming a fear of heights, competing in fitness competitions. These are a few things that I have chose to do to help me find more of myself and just by saying my phrase to myself it reminds me of why I do these things and keeps me searching to find more of myself!

Find something enjoyable that is also outside of your comfort zone and you will see changes in both body and mind and you’ll find out a little bit more of yourself each time😁💪🏼

Good luck to all my past current and future clients for 2024.📈

Here are 3 tips that will help you achieve success in your health & fitness journey👇🏼

1️⃣ don’t compare yourself to others, the fitness industry is packed with many diets, training styles and fads! You need to focus on your own goals and do what’s right for you.

2️⃣ set big goals because the higher you aim will mean you achieve big. The furthest you can fall is the ground and if there’s no risk there’s no reward, write them down and become accountable.

3️⃣ there will be times throughout the year where you will question yourself. You will think about throwing the towel in especially on those bad weeks. This is when you need to show up the most and build a mentality that no matter what’s in your way you aren’t going to let it effect what you want in life. If we only trained when we felt great we wouldn’t be training often!

📈CLIENT PROGRESS📈

I have been working with my client for just over 5 months now. Within this time we have lost a massive 30.8lbs (2.2st)🤯 her commitment to changing her life has been amazing and I’ve been lucky to help her along the way. She’s not only had a great result with weight loss, she’s developed new habits, routines and had a complete lifestyle change. It’s great to see her continuously learning in the gym as well as gaining the confidence to train on her own. Her drive to become a better version of herself is different class and I look forward to seeing what 2024 will bring. She now knows what’s on the other side of discomfort and that we have a long way to go but with accountability and consistency we will keep working towards her goals👏

NEAT - non exercise activity thermogenesis…

In simple terms this is the amount of calories you will burn in a day through unplanned activity.

NEAT is very important when you’re trying to lose fat as it’s the largest part of your total calories burned in a day! You will burn more calories through regular daily movement than you will from your training sessions🤯

This means that if you’re someone who trains really hard a few times per week but you still struggle to shift fat and drop pounds that you are most likely not moving enough in your day to day life.

You will burn large amounts of calories through your daily tasks!

This is your reminder to MOVE MORE OFTEN✅ you can do this by setting yourself a daily or weekly step target which will ensure that you are busy and always moving.🚶🏻‍♂️

It’s not just about what we do in the gym💪🏼
