North Wales Paganfest

North Wales Paganfest We’re really excited to welcome you to the first North Wales Pagan Festival. The traffic into Wales can be busy on weekends so please be aware and prepared.
(1)

Paganfest brings together everyone under the pagan umbrella in a castle woodland to celebrate in ritual, weave magic, honour the sacred and keep the old ways alive with speakers, music, tarot, drumming, healing, workshops, a magical market and more. Please find loads of information below to help you arrive safely, timely and with minimal anxiety. The grass in the parking field is quite long so ple

ase take care, also the site is beautiful and natural and comes with uneven ground, plants, sticks and other things found in nature. Please be careful and take responsibility for yourself and your belongings. We have an incredible team of volunteers running this event, if you need anything look for those with high viz jackets on. Just in case the card machines struggle to work, please bring some cash with you to spend on food, gifts, readings, treatments, if you wish. All talks, etc are included in the ticket price. Important Information for North Wales PaganFest 2024

Who are we? Pagan tree moot is a moot run from the Grosvenor hall in Mold on the 2nd Friday of the month. The team are Kate, Mel, Viv and Alli,as well as our kitchen witch Jane. We have been running since January 2020, hosting rituals, workshops and talks. We have been chatting about running an outdoor event for some time, so we teamed up with our lovely friend Vanessa Warrington at Halkyn Castle Woods to bring you “North Wales PaganFest”

The festival aims to bring people together in a safe and beautiful space to celebrate “all that is pagan” together. We strongly believe in community and wish that you all have a comfortable and enjoyable day. We are so humbled by the support from you all, as well as the support from our speakers, traders, workshop hosts, musicians, fire dancers and our volunteer team. There will be a tombola and donation buckets on site for raising vital funds for Our chosen charity this year, Jacksons animal rescue. How to find us: -We are located at Halkyn Castle Wood. You access us:

westbound off the A55 between the Northop and Halkyn

exits. The exit is for the Travelodge and Burger King. Pop ‘Travelodge Halkyn’ into your SatNav. (post code may not get you here!!)

Drive as if going into the Travelodge car park and you will

see the sign for Halkyn Castle Wood and our “North Wales PaganFest” banner

If you are bringing a support dog, please e mail [email protected] prior to the day. Chairs: -there will be seating in the main areas where the talks and workshops are held, as well as picnic benches. If you have your own camp chair or picnic blanket, please do bring them 😊
