Time for a series of our FAQ's. Look out for answers to our most frequently asked questions over the coming weeks!!

One of the most common questions we’re asked is: “Why don’t you close the High Street?”
It’s something we’ve explored with all the right authorities, but it’s much more complex and costly than it may seem, with significant staffing, permits, and access issues over three days.
We also want to support our fantastic local pubs, shops and cafés, not bring in outside vendors, and there isn’t additional budget for High Street staging.
Most importantly, Tewkesbury Live is a pub music festival, not a street fair, and we’re proud to keep it that way.

Only 50 Sleeps till Tewkesbury Live!!
A lot happens behind the scenes to make this festival run and we are working away like mad right now! Finalising the programme, recruiting volunteers and sponsors, and liaising with over 145 bands, acts, and performers.

Tewkesbury Town will be alive with music and buzzing with people during the festival this July 24th-26th. Busking is a great way to get involved, pick your own timeslot and the best spot, come the weekend in this beautiful riverside town. 🥰🎸🎷

WOO HOO! The festival line-up has officially landed!

We’re ridiculously excited to reveal just some of the amazing bands, acts and events heading your way this year. With over 150 to enjoy, there’s so much going on we’d need a billboard the size of the town to fit everyone on one poster!

So if your band isn’t featured here, don’t panic! We still love you dearly. We basically closed our eyes, pointed at the list a few times, and shouted “THAT ONE!” 😆

We’re on the lookout for a friendly, confident host to lead our Open Mic Night and represent The Roses with warmth and enthusiasm 🎤

Every third Tuesday of the month, we welcome talented performers from Tewkesbury and beyond to take the mic and share their skills with a live audience.

We’re searching for someone who understands that our Open Mic is about more than great entertainment — it’s about creating a supportive, welcoming space where creativity and community can thrive.
