I had the best time taking part in . The team at really are second to none! They, along with the fantastic support of my mentor made for such a joyous experience.

The response to the second airing of our episode has been so positive and there have been lots of questions, so i hope to answer them all in one place as best I can.

I have decided to take a step back for the moment. Life can be crazy for all of us and I have found myself on quite an unexpected journey. Changes in personal circumstances and the loss of my lifelong friend have had an immense impact. For now, my focus is on navigating through this new life, with all of its challenges as I find my way back to me.

I don't know what the future will bring, but i want to thank you all for your support over the years, for the friends I've made along the way, the experiences we've shared and the amazing things we've achieved together. It is not the end 💕

I'm not always present on social media, but I'm nearly always active in the background and in my class groups, but this week I've been taking a little break.

Last Monday my best friend of 33 years lost his battle with cancer. He fought to the end, exceeded every expectation and refused to give in even in the darkest of times.
Since I was just 11 years old this man has been my partner in crime, we've held each other's hands and supported each other through every event, drama and trauma. A pure and platonic love that never wavered, was never questioned, it always just was.
We knew how lucky we were to have that bond.

I rarely post anything personal but I found myself a little lost, most definitely not myself and with a deep need to find some peace within myself. Being in nature quiets my soul, seeing beautiful scenery and the simple pleasures of seeing the sun setting draws memories close. Above all else David brought light and laughter in to my life. We shared it everyday in some small way. As I watched the setting sun this weekend i saw that light and I know each time I see that ray that he's with me in my heart.

For now, out of respect for my friend and all of his loved ones, I will be keeping things quiet on socials. I'll update as time goes along but appreciate your patience until we can celebrate his life and the sunshine he brought to all of this that knew him x

To say August has gotten off to a bit of a shakey start is an understatement! But it's all about balance, there has been questionable occasions, (we're not calling them bad!), like the small altercation pearl 2.0 had with a sizeable concrete post, new hair, new piercings, new experiences and finally, new projects! Off the back of one sided arguments with concrete posts, I rode my bike for the first time in years! You know what's coming! I've spent my lazy Sunday morning 'improving' my seat and I can confirm that yes, extra padding has vastly improved my ride, but not my base fitness level. Almost purple enough to match my bike🤣🤣🤣
