We’re building something special for the community and there are a few different ways to be part of it, whether you want to trade, perform, help out, or be involved behind the scenes.
🛍️ STALL HOLDERS
We’re creating a great mix of stalls to give the event a proper atmosphere. We’re looking for:
• Crafts & handmade goods
• Local businesses
• Food & drink vendors
• Charity stalls
• Games, activities & interactive ideas
• Anything unique or a bit different

⚠️ LAST CALL – PLANNING COMMITTEE MEMBERS
We’re closing soon for people who want to help shape the event itself. This is for those who want to be involved in ideas, decisions, organisation and making sure everything runs properly, not just on the day, but in the build-up too.
We’re especially interested in people with experience or a strong interest in events, safety, logistics, community work, admin or coordination. If you’re someone who gets stuck in and wants to help make something positive happen, now’s the time.
