My trusty Buffalo dough mixer is ready to get its workout in ā€” which can only mean one thingā€¦ sourdough time!

Tell me by Wednesday evening which of our sourdough breads youā€™d love to wake up to this weekend. Iā€™ll do the mixing, kneading and baking ā€” you just have to decide which loaf is calling your name! White, wholemeal, granary, rye - all with or without inclusions.

Your freshly baked loaf will be ready for collection at Hitchin Market this Saturday.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all our wonderful customers who came along and supported us, and especially to Danny and his fantastic team for organising such a brilliant event!

You certainly kept me busy ā€” in fact, by the end of Saturday I didnā€™t even have a single biscuit left!
The stall was completely cleared out!

As much as I would have loved to be there again on Sunday, I rather reluctantly had to give it a missā€¦ mainly because there was absolutely nothing left to sell! šŸ™ˆ
