Feeling incredibly privileged to have been chosen to make the medals 🏅 for the Run for Ryan 2026 event ❤️🏃‍♂️

Started the morning by running the course with my friend Kirsty and Stark the husky 🐺❄️🏃‍♂️, then later helped out as a marshal on the course 🚧👏 and took some photos 📸 of the day. It was amazing to see so many people out taking part and supporting such a great cause.

All in support of raising money for the Ryan McCabe Foundation ❤️🙏

What a fantastic day and a brilliant example of community spirit 💙🙌 So many smiles, supporters and runners giving it their all!

A big thank you to Matthew Cowan Joiners Ltd for supplying and machining the wood used for the medals 🪵⚙️ – they turned out beautifully!
