Brooke Hogan is speaking out with serious allegations regarding the handling of her late father Hulk Hogan’s autopsy and death investigation.
According to recent interviews and reports, Brooke claims she has been unable to obtain key autopsy records and says aspects of the process surrounding Hogan’s death have raised major concerns for her and her legal team.
One of Brooke’s biggest concerns involves alleged changes made to the autopsy months after Hogan’s passing.
“Why are we making changes to an autopsy after the guy’s been dead for ten, eleven months?”
She also questioned why Hogan’s personal physician reportedly handled parts of the process instead of hospital personnel.
“If it’s so on the up and up, shut me up. Just show it to me.”
Brooke’s attorney, who reportedly specializes in medical malpractice cases, said the situation is unlike anything he has seen before.
“I’ve done medical malpractice for 30 years. I’ve never heard of a situation like that one.”
He continued:
“I’ve never heard of a situation where the doctor whose patient died came in and did the time of death.”
Brooke additionally claimed that multiple medical and law enforcement professionals contacted her privately after Hogan’s death urging her to review bodycam footage and emergency call recordings.
“I’ve 100% gotten legit calls from professionals.”
According to Brooke, those individuals allegedly believed the footage could:
“Change the narrative.”
She also claimed she currently has little control over accessing materials connected to the investigation and autopsy process.
The situation has fueled heavy speculation online, especially after reports surfaced suggesting questions surrounding Hogan’s medical treatment before his death.
Hogan, one of the most iconic figures in wrestling history, passed away in 2025 following longstanding health issues and multiple surgeries over recent years.
As of now, no official findings have been publicly changed, and no authorities have announced any wrongdoing connected to Hogan’s death investigation.
