Leading with Pride: Scotland’s Flagship LGBTQ+ Leadership and Changemaker Conference 🌈

Come and join us as we bring together visionary leaders, creators, and changemakers from across Scotland for a powerful day of learning, connection, and celebration.

Hosted by award-winning social entrepreneurs and couple Ellis and Lou Beardsmore of Proud Futures, this year’s event will take place in a bigger venue after last year’s sell-out success, bringing even more inclusivity, inspiration and empowerment.

🚀 The tickets have finally launched!

You can now buy your ticket for “Leading with Pride” - Scotland’s flagship LGBTQ+ Leadership and Changemaker Conference in Glasgow on Thursday 13th November at The Social Hub (B Corp™️) hosted by Ellis Beardsmore and Lou (she/her) of Proud Futures.

You will join 150 LGBTQ+ Leaders, Changemakers and Allies in Scotland who will be gathering for this very special 1 day event which aims to connect and celebrate LGBTQ+ leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, founders and changemakers who are all working hard to build a future where all LGBTQ+ people can thrive.

It is a brave, visionary space where long lasting partnerships are formed and LGBTQ+ voices are platformed and uplifted.

We know how important these spaces are right now - so if you are an LGBTQ+ social enterprise (CIC) or registered charity then please contact us for a funded place as we want everyone to have a seat the table.

We are loving partnering with .glasgow for their Pride Hub week platforming lgbtq+ charities, organisations and groups in Glasgow.

There are 10 events over 6 days from our launch breakfast on Monday, our learn and lunch yesterday to the fantastic ***rfilm and .gla film night last night! There is still lots to come including drag bingo, Pride poster making and film about section 28 tonight which feels more important than ever. All events are free and on Eventbrite under Pride Hub so get involved!

Come along to our free wellbeing workshop for trans and non-binary people aged 16+. We will be doing some nature inspired craft activities, and making mini Pride banners with special guest artist Eilidh from All That is Braw!

Snacks and travel costs will be provided.

Join our team! 

We're looking for a Freelance Operations and Events Admin to support the smooth running of Pride Outside. 

We're seeking an individual with experience in events and operations who is confident working in a small, fast-paced team. This is a freelance role, with a maximum of 16 hours a week, at £20 per hour. This role could be semi-remote. However, we would like the post holder to be able to work at our co-working in Glasgow or Inverness once a month.

This role will provide 

Event management support - We host up to 40 events annually, including monthly networking events, Wellbeing events for the LGBTQ+ community, a six-month leadership course, and a leadership conference.

Client Support - We work with up to 100 clients a year, and we need this role to be a friendly and efficient point of contact for Pride Outside, including booking in-training clients.General

Administrative support - We are a high-paced team and need efficient administrative support to keep the organisation running smoothly.
