Find us this Saturday at Birnam Village Market with all of our autumn products including our beautiful and delicious Fall Collection, pictured above.

This collection is made with locally grown and foraged produce as well as showcasing other fantastic Scottish ingredients and completely ethical and traceable chocolate, as always.

We are excited to hopefully meet some fresh faces as it’s our first time at this market! We ask that you please bring cash as there may not be a stable internet connection for the card reader.

Lots of you have been asking about Christmas. What does Christmas at Chocolatia look like? Well, if you don’t know it consists of Chocolate Christmas Trees, Little Chocolate Snowmen, Christmas Baubles filled with foil wrapped treasures, Pecan Pie Reindeer and ADVENT CALENDARS 🎅

I’m delighted to tell you our advent calendars will be back in all their glory in early November. As always, we make them as close to December 1st as possible so they are fresh and delicious for you to enjoy all December. Our Advent Calendars are special because they have a different chocolate for every day, each one showcasing a fun and festive flavour! We love counting down with you every single year and can’t wait for you to taste this years flavours!

We need to talk about Chocolate.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but all I am seeing at the moment is negative stories about the costs of running a small business in the UK and the upcoming lab grown chocolate fiasco. It’s very hard not to get bogged down by the bleak reality and future of commerce and I’m often inclined to put up a little story or rant about it (it’s awful lonely with all of these feelings rattling about in my brain!) HOWEVER, I decided not to dwell on the negative and instead showcase the positive!!! Call it my attempt at re framing a dire situation.
So yes - big brands will be using lab grown fake rotten chemical filled chocolate as early as next year in the UK but do you know what? We will still be hand making incredible chocolates here in Scotland, with not only ethical and fully traceable chocolate that truly changes the lives of the farmers harvesting the cocoa but also incredible Scottish ingredients that support and showcase local businesses, producers and growers. I think that’s pretty fantastic - don’t you?!

Keep showing up for us, keep supporting us and we’ll keep making you ethical and wonderful chocolates so you don’t need to worry about the lab grown crap that will soon be filling the supermarket shelves!
