At 11am this morning, the Waverley left Falmouth docks, it was a very misty morning.
The PS Waverley is the world's last sea-going passenger paddle steamer. Built in 1946 to replace an earlier steamer sunk at Dunkirk, she cruised the Scottish coast for 25 years. After being retired and sold to a preservation charity in 1974 for £1, she was restored and continues to operate excursions around the UK.
A video edit will follow shortly ( my shortly will be after the weekend as I will be droning the Super vets at Appledore )
