ALL ABOUT AGAVE - 8TH APRIL

Sotol is a wonderful campfire-smokey spirit derived from the close cousin of the Agave plant, the dasylirion. Grown in the desert of Chihuahua, it has had a controlled destination of origin since 2002, meaning it can only come from certain regions of Mexico.

At our special tasting event, your host will take you through five different Agave derived spirits, and will welcome you with a drink made with Edinburgh's own Savora Drinks

All About Agave is back next week!

March 11th sees us back with five of our favourite agave spirits, including sotol and bacanora!
