Yesterday’s coaching session 🤼‍♂️🔥

Working with my students on the single-leg, head-inside position — focusing on the details that make the technique effective: level change, strong positioning, controlling the leg, keeping good posture, and finishing with balance and pressure.

I always believe that wrestling is not just about learning a move — it’s about understanding position, timing, pressure, and control.

We break it down step by step, practice the details, and then put it into action. 💪

Good technique comes from good repetition.
Good wrestling comes from good habits.
