That was a tough one! 🥵

Huge congratulations to everyone who took on the Barlow Not Quite 10k—especially in the heat. Whether you ran for a PB, for fun, or just to conquer the hills, you rose to the challenge and showed real grit out there.

We saw determination, camaraderie, and plenty of sweat (and maybe a few regrets on that final incline). You earned that finish line—and maybe a cold drink or two.

Thanks for making it such a special day. We’ll see you next year, ready to do it all again.

Massive shout out to all the team in the background who make it all happen!

There are toilet facilities in the Village Hall.

The race brief will be at 6.45pm - please ensure you have arrived and collected your number ready for this, we will then walk you down to the start line ready for a prompt 7pm start.

Today’s the day! The signs are up, the route is checked and we are looking forward to seeing you later.

After two years of pretty torrential rain we are happy to see the sunshine today but clearly it’s going to be VERY HOT.

We will have our two main water stations at the top of the climbs and will be ensuring extra water around the course.

Please be sensible, listen to your bodies and make sure you take on plenty of water through the day.
