HELP THE HEDGEHOGS

Could you make your garden a haven for hedgehogs? Join the Wilder Chesterfield team for a morning of hedgehog-themed fun at the Duckmanton Miners Welfare Club, on Tuesday 26th May, 10am-1pm.
Learn how to check if you have hedgehogs in your garden, enjoy hedgehog crafts and hunt for hedgehog habitats on a habitat walk.

STEP OUT ON THE BOLSOVER LOOP

Local people are being encouraged to try out the Bolsover Loop as waymarking of the trail is completed.
The Loop is a 26-mile scenic circular route for walkers and cyclists through the distinctive landscapes where Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire meet.
The route can be followed either ways and is almost entirely traffic-free, following publicly accessible footpaths, bridleways, and quiet roads.
Is is easily reachable by public transport and suitable for a range of fitness levels and experience.
