💀🏄 We’re riding the Halloween wave with our hauntingly good ‘Surf or Die’ print!
This eerie design features an authentically aged skull effect using MagnaPrint™ Self-Crack, paired with Aquaflex V2 Black and a whisper of Bling Silver to give those eyes a chilling depth and mysterious shimmer.

We’re obsessed with the results—but this versatile skull design unlocks the crypt to endless special effect possibilities. What wicked effect would you experiment with next? 🎃🖤

1. Self Crack Base – 2 strokes – 43t/110
2. Flash
3. Green PMS 556 Aquaflex V2 – 2 strokes – 62t/158
4. Flash
5. Orange PMS 2022 Aquaflex V2 – 2 strokes – 62t/158
6. Flash
7. Dark Red PMS 697 Aquaflex V2 – 2 strokes – 62t/158
8. Flash
9. Blue PMS 7544 Aquaflex V2 – 2 strokes – 62t/158
10. Flash
11. Highlight White Aquaflex V2 White – 2 strokes – 62t/158
12. Flash
13. Cool down to stop Self Crack fully curing / cracking
14. Cream PMS 7509 Self Crack – 4 strokes – 32t/86
15. Flash until desired cracking effect appears
16. Aquaflex V2 Black + 10% Bling Silver – 2 strokes – 62t/158

Print cured at 160°C/323°F for 2 minutes.

Top Tip; The cracking effect develops better under a flash unit than in dryer!

We’ve captured the magic of the season with this stunning butterfly print, brought to life using our dazzling MagnaPrint™ Special Effect inks.

See them shimmer, shine, reflect and shift in colour.

Inks & Process;
1. Aquaflex Neutral + 6% Eco Black NGN – 2 strokes / flash / 2 strokes – 43t.

2. Pearlflex Gold (Formula; Neutral 98.77, Yellow HR 1.06, Red HB 0.12 and Black NGN 0.05) – 2 strokes/flash/2
strokes – 62t.

3. MultiChrome Lime (RFU) – 2 strokes/flash /2strokes – 62t.

4. MultiShine Blush (Formula; Multishine Silver 99.86, Red HB 0.1 and Yellow HG 0.04) – 2 strokes/flash/2
strokes – 62t.

5. Bling Green (Formula; Bling Silver 94.0, Green HB 2.0, and Yellow HG 4.0) – 2 strokes/flash/2 strokes – 43t.

6. Reflective SB (RFU) – 2 strokes/flash / 2 strokes – 43t.

Final print cured at 160°C/323°F for 2 minutes.

Tip; The smoother the black base layer, the better the special effects inks look and this helps the pigment flakes reflect/react better!

As a change to T-Shirts, we thought we’d print our amazing colleagues these beautiful festive totes this Christmas…perfect for helping Santa to deliver those gifts!

Printed using MagnaPrint ™ Aquaflex V2, HB and Bling…just look at how the red features sparkle!

Print Sequence;
1. MagnaPrint™ Aquaflex V2 Neutral – 2 strokes – 43t/110 mesh
2. Flash 3-4 seconds
3. MagnaPrint™ HB PMS 4172 – 2 strokes – 62t/158 mesh
4. MagnaPrint™ HB PMS 3302 – 2 strokes – 62t/158 mesh
5. MagnaPrint™ Bling PMS 200 – 2 strokes – 43t/110 mesh
6. Flash 3-4 seconds
7. MagnaPrint™ Aquaflex V2 White – 2 strokes – 62t/158 mesh

Cure at 160°c/322°f for 2 minutes

Tips;
Place screens upside down/opposite to usual and print onto smaller pallets to suit the smaller bag size.
Apply a base layer of Aquaflex Neutral to prevent the HB colours from bleeding through the bags onto the pallets – this also helps provide a smooth layer for the Bling to sit on.

Last week, our Magna Brand Product Management and Applications teams visited Avient's facility in Kennesaw, Georgia! The team provided refresher training to the US and LATAM Commercial and Field Tech associates on the Magna Water-based product portfolio.

With a packed agenda of presentations, print techniques, troubleshooting, and a concluding quiz to test the knowledge of the 'students', it proved to be an informative, collaborative, and entertaining week together. Thanks to all involved...a fantastic example of global teamwork! 👏🏻
