If you've been holding out for fear of muddy trails or rain, fear no more.... It's shaping up to be a cracker!

There is so much to do at Uptonogood? 2026 - Mountain Bike Festival this year with participation from lots of organisations, old and new. We'll kick off at 0800 with carparks and registration opening and the provision of hot drinks and breakfast items from the Cafe. We will then have the four morning rides:
• 35 Mile "Endurance" at 0930
• 25 Mile "Leisure" at 1000
• 19 Mile "Teen Spirit" at 1000
• 14 Mile "Family" at 1030
Blewbury Brass Band will be joining us again to play you off and get you on your way.

Out on the course our 50+ Marshals will be there to keep you on track and coordinate help if required. Mountain Mania Cycles will be providing mechanical assistance while Safe Hands will attend to those that can't ride their bike ;-). Our three feed stations will be well stocked with water/juice and Tray Bakes from our favourite local bakers Ardington Bakery

On your return you'll have music from our resident DJ Count Skylarkin, The Marching SKAletons, Rev Ferriday, and outlyersband. To wet your whisle there will be a well stocked bar with the Tutts Clump Proper Cider and The Loose Cannon Brewery's award winning real ales. The BBQ will be dishing up quality and tasty fare sourced from Q Gardens!

Beyond the music there will be plenty more to keep you or your little ones entertained. For the first time, Cleal's Wheels - Children's Cycling Club will be present, dispensing cycling skills lessons to our younger riders, while Ridgeway Adventures will be running axe throwing sessions for those of you with beards. Local cycling charities Cycling Without Age Didcot - CWAD and OX Trails will also be present seeking to spread their message and the love of cycling in all its guises to all.

The 6 Mile "Little Wheels" ride will leave at 1400. This is free to enter for any minor accomanied by an adult, while anyone participating in a morning ride may also ride this for free.

Finally we will be closing our bike auction at 1600 and awarding the Giant Trance X 29 we've been kindly donated to the winning bidder. The current bid stands at £700. Bike details and how to bid can be found at www.uptonogood.org.uk/bike-auction/.

OX Trails are back for Uptonogood? 2026 and we're aiming to do things bigger and better than last year! We're fundraising again and we need your help! The funds you helped us raise last year supported us with our tools and other costs, without which we wouldn't have been in a position to support Harwell with the development of the pump track plus! The wheel of fortune is back with prizes from The George at Upton, Ridgeway Cycles and our new sponsor Oxford Products! If you'd rather try your hand at skill, we've got a manual trainer and will be running a longest manual competition with prizes up for grabs! And for this year we will be hosting a parts sale - so whether you're building up a budget second bike or looking for parts for a retro build we may have what you're looking for! So make sure you come and see us at Uptonogood? 2026 and help us raise the money that is going to continue bringing new riding spots to Oxfordshire!
