Friday May 1st we’ll be outside The Spread Eagle Etwall with the Swing Grill, cooking our delicious Olde English sausages and loaded fries from 4.30pm-8pm!

Come and try our original recipe, slow cooked pulled pork, BBQ OVERLOAD hot dogs or take it up a notch and have our most popular combo- crispy skin-on fries loaded with BOTH the BBQ pulled pork and our signature olde English sausage! 🔥

Hi everyone! We are excited to announce that - for the first time ever, we will be bringing our delicious loaded Gourmet hot dogs 🌭 and loaded fries 🍟 to a pop-up outside the Spread Eagle,Etwall this Friday 6th February from 4pm!

Our sausages are a delicious Olde English variety made by a local butcher and are cooked on our large Bavarian swing grill. Our loaded hot dogs take the flavours to another level with delicious toppings like home-made BBQ pulled pork, cheddar cheese sauce, smokey bacon and many other combinations! Our loaded fries can be served with all the same toppings as our loaded hot dogs, or simply ordered a side portion of skin on fries.

We’re actually from Etwall ourselves so we’re looking forward to bringing our amazing hotdogs to our neighbourhood!

In mid August, we celebrated our 2nd anniversary back at Markeaton Park, Derby, coincidentally, where our Shuie’s journey all began! We had a fantastic weekend and even had to get an emergency delivery of sausages on the Sunday morning as we were close to selling out because the Saturday had been epic!
