Birmingham Black Country Half Marathon

Birmingham Black Country Half Marathon Point to point Half Marathon along the canal towpath from Wolverhampton to Birmingham. Every finisher gets a bespoke medal and a goody bag.

The Birmingham and Black Country Half Marathon is a unique point to point race from Wolverhampton to Brindley Place in Birmingham. The race is set in a time trial format and follows canal towpaths so is completely traffic free. There is also a tunnel to navigate and floating drink stations every 3 miles.

In 2025, instead of celebrating a long, tiring but successful event, we went back out and litter picked the whole course, due to a few unsavoury people, who discarded litter where ever instead of at the water stations or kept it on them until they finished! Please be respectful.
